Soft Spaces offers one-on-one therapy for individuals seeking support with:

  • Mood & personality disorders (BPD, Bipolar, Depression, etc.)
  • ADHD, Autism & neurodivergence
  • Complex trauma, PTSD, dissociation
  • Survivors of abuse, violence, and psychiatric harm
  • Relationship wounds, identity questions, grief, etc.

We work collaboratively, adapting to your needs and pace. You will never be treated as a diagnosis here.

We offer Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT)-based support for couples across the spectrum: romantic, queerplatonic, poly, or restructuring.

We can work on:

  • Communication and conflict cycles
  • Attachment patterns and unmet needs
  • Rebuilding after rupture or infidelity
  • Navigating open relationships or non-monogamy
  • Separating with care and clarity


Couples therapy at Soft Spaces is inclusive, queer/trans-affirming, and grounded in co-regulation, emotional safety, and equity.

Spaced Out Sessions is a recurring support group series for folks navigating life with:

  • Bipolar Disorder
  • Borderline Personality Disorder
  • Attachment trauma
  • Dysfunctional family systems
  • Neurodivergence & overstimulation


These are non-clinical, peer-holding spaces with facilitation, creative tools, and community.
We meet online in short, themed batches throughout the year.
